Janet Klein is a conservation ecologist with decades of experience creating collaborative opportunities for local resident and student participation in dialogue, stewardship, exploration, and research related to San Francisco Bay Area public lands. Janet is the community resilience director for WRA Environmental Consultants. She previously served as vice president of community connections at the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy and worked for over 15 years at the Marin Municipal Water District as its natural resource program manager, vegetation ecologist and founding member of the One Tam partnership. She holds a Masters of Science in Land Management from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is excited to bring her professional expertise, and her experience as a resident and parent who has learned and benefited directly from all that Audubon Canyon Ranch brings to the region, to its Board of Directors.
