Erika grew up exploring the wilds of West Marin including a school field trip to Martin Griffin Preserve to watch nesting egrets. The Eastern Sierra was home for many years while she worked for the Mono Lake Committee as office director organizing staff, volunteers, and interns, coordinating the membership program, and leading natural history tours. Erika is glad to be back in West Marin at Audubon Canyon Ranch and raising her family in her home stomping grounds. She received her bachelor’s degree in Humanities from New College of California with an emphasis in Culture, Ecology and Sustainable Community.
