Grizzly Corp Fellow Emily Dewing recently earned her bachelor's degree in environmental science with a concentration in environmental management from Sonoma State University. She has spent the last three summers doing ecological restoration and trail work in the Rocky Mountains with the Rocky Mountain Conservancy. While getting her degree, Emily developed a passion for GIS, and through the Fellowship is now looking to further her career in GIS-based research. Emily believes that GIS is the future of environmental research and she is eager to start implementing it at Audubon Canyon Ranch.
