Thank you for your interest in becoming a Martin Griffin Preserve docent!
Docent Training will begin in the fall of 2018. If you are 18 years of age or older, please complete and return this preliminary application for consideration.

1. How did you hear about our docent training? (Specifics help our outreach efforts.)

2. Do you have interest in and/or experience working with children 9-11 years of age?
(Lack of experience does not preclude you from becoming a docent.)

3. Please list any specific skills and interests you have in natural history and the environment.

4. Briefly describe any pertinent professional and/or volunteer experience.

5. Applicants are asked to come to a Martin Griffin Preserve Docent Orientation/Recruitment Day. These days will begin at 10:30am with a brief overview of the Docent Training Program and end with small groups heading out on the trail for an hour-long hike. Seasoned Martin Griffin Preserve docents will lead the hikes and be available to answer questions about the Training Program. Please check which day you plan to attend.
