Please join ACR for a fall Members’ Hike! Stewarding our Natural Heritage - Morning Views on Modini Mayacamas Preserves

Saturday, October 20, 2018
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Rain date Saturday, November 10, 2018

Start your weekend with a visit to ACR’s most remote preserve! ACR invites supporters and members at the Wetland Guardian-level and above for special access to the Modini Mayacamas Preserves. Join Michelle Cooper, ACR biologist and preserve manager, for a 3-mile hike to a light mid-morning picnic at a rugged creekside camp built by ACR Benefactors Jim and Shirley Modini. Enjoy sweeping vistas (fog-willing!) of this 3,000-acre preserve as you learn how land stewardship is the foundation of the ACR mission, the work you help make possible. Bring layers/hat/sunscreen, hiking shoes, a full water bottle and walking poles for strenuous uphill hike.
