December 8, 2018 - 9:00am to 2:00pm
  • Modini Mayacamas Preserves

Enjoy a casual walk with Dr. Quinton Martins, big cat researcher and the director of Living with Lions, ACR's mountain lion research and education program. Learn some of what we’ve learned about local mountain lion ranges, behavior and more. Quinton will also talk about ACR’s new partnership with UC Berkeley to expand the program and the ways that landowners can minimize conflict with these magnificent animals. We’ll take a route where we’ve found lions tracks in the past, and where they’ve been recorded many times by wildlife cameras.
